The
Leucadia real estate market is made up mainly of
single family homes on large lots.
Some areas are mixed with older, smaller
homes mixed in with newer, custom-built homes,
often with views of the Pacific Ocean.
The old greenhouses and fields of flowers
that have been such a Leucadia landmark are
slowly fading away.
A modern trend of small, detached condominiums is taking hold
in Leucadia but don’t look for anything that
is remotely affordable.
Leucadia is located along the coast in
